The home's floor plan is designed for main-floor living, with a great room, multi-slide doors that open to the views, a natural stone, brick, and composite exterior, an entertaining basement with multiple entries, and a bonus room over the garage. Bair Designs is listed as a member subcontractor on the official Parade listing.
